  1. 2 Chicken Thigh Fillets
    250g Spaghetti
    220ml Double Cream
    1 lemon, zest and juice
    Handful Basil leaves
    (Optional) 50g grated Parmesan

  2. add a slight touch of pecorino and butter instead of 1/2 or all of the heavy cream and finish with black (or pink for a twist) Pepper freshly ground. Will lift up the other ingredients by a mile ! 🎉

  3. ACID w MILK….that’s a dangerous game. My advice, add lemon w pasta water first, and heavy cream last with garish from the lemon. 🍋

  4. Maybe it's just me but that chicken seriously did not look fully cooked I would not eat that the pasta and the sauce looks great but the chicken
