Started a 1500 calorie diet. Trying to maintain as close to 150 grams of protein as possible. Yesterday I managed 143 grams of protein and 1482 calories. Yes I put sriracha and nutritional yeast on everything. Lots of eggs, lots of tofu, lots of greens. I’m not vegetarian. I just don’t cook a lot of meat anymore for whatever reason.

This place brings me lots of inspo so I’d like to contribute!
