    It looks like it went through a mixer instead of a grinder. Or maybe done by hand with 2 cleavers.

    I chop meat like that sometimes instead of buying already ground meat because you never know what filler they put in it. Lips and assholes maybe.

    As long as it smells ok and is not slimy should be fine.
