we discuss what’s the perfect bite of food in NYC a lot here. My new one: the pork boat noodle (soup) at Pata Paplean in Elmhurst. Usually the fun of boat noods is playing with the condiments to customize your own flavor profile but I just had it at Pata this weekend and could not find any fault. It came out perfectly. Damn it was so good.
