  2. Orrrrr try some sugar free or low sugar candy, try some low fat ice cream or frozen yogurt, DIET/ZERO SODAS(ex. Diet Coke and Coke Zero), healthier cereals like Honey Nut Cheerios. It’s ok to have all these substitutes to what you love to eat but have what you love every once in a while in a different healthier form, or just have you love every once and a while you won’t get fat I promise so long as it’s in moderation.

  3. Freeze dried fruit is nasty, greek yougurt tastes like expired milk, oatmeal has a bad texture same with banana, coconut water is too earthy. Those are my problems with these things.

  4. Coconut water is disgusting and I’m not a soda drinker but there’s no way that coconut water will eliminate the soda crave lol

  5. Greek yogurt, add a tablespoon of peanut butter, crush an Oreo, add honey. Can add banana, protein powder, or even dark chocolate if you want to be fancy. I eat this everyday…
