Came out well and froze to a nice consistency, continuing to harden over 48 hrs. I didn’t have Dutch processed cocoa so I just used some regular, but good quality. Upped the salt m, too, for my own tastes

Yummm, how did you like it? I made that same recipe and found it very tasty. More intense chocolate flavor than ice cream, and fewer calories. I used a 72% cocoa chocolate bar from Trader Joe’s, and my batch came out quite thick, but also reasonably soft and scoopable.
