The camera takes away some of the redness but it really looks like it could be steak juices with how red it gets.

    Whoever sliced beef for steak tartar didn’t clean the slicer properly maybe lol

    Potatoes contain iron. As soon as the iron comes in contact with air it starts to rust. The other term is oxidation. So essentially is rusty potato juice

    It could also be the reason that someone didn’t really clean the machine well before, and all the dried stuff is getting rehydrated
