Egg roll in a bowl, cowboy caviar & chicken, a variation on Japchae, curry chicken salad with butter lettuce. My husband’s portions are 25% larger than mine, so some recipes have 2 sets of macros.

    I use all tofu and some edamame for egg roll in a bowl it’s delicious and cheap and still high protein but also zero saturated fats
