Someone mentioned having a hard time hitting macros on a low cal budget, and I thought of this meal. It taste like a really meaty collard greens? Not quite, but like a bbq side. Really delicious, 273cal a serving, 32g of protein, low-ish fat, and super filling. If you need a heavier meal, add one more cabbage in, and season it with salt, pepper, cayenne, and smoked paprika.
Might not look all that good, but I promise you it’s really nice, and only three ingredients.

I’m actually being taunted right now because this is all I’ve wanted to eat for a month but every grocery near me is out of beyond sausage 😭 lol delicious
