Haven’t tried this yet but if you were to compare to 2x spicy Buldak spicy chicken flavour, how spicy is it?

Looks delicious! Hopefully not mushy. Great mix of spices and sauces it looks like.
I usually get my stir fry / drunken noods looking like this from a Chinese hand pulled noodle place and ask for some spicy broth of another soup on the side. Reminds me I need to do this again soon!
