A trully fascinating sauce, higly regional from Villa Ahumada (Chihuahua), something that has to be tasted to be belived, made with whey (byproduct of cheese making) and roasted jalapeños, it is generally very hot, and just amazing to the palate, perfect with the regional cuisine such as burritos de machaca, rajas con asadero or any time of heavy meal, pobably one of my top sauces from Mexico.
