Nah, you can find these for much cheaper. I would hold off unless you really need one now.

No way. I see Classic 2’s all day on fb marketplace for half that.

It literally shows you the deal. $120 off. It’s like buying a 2010 Corolla and haggling em down $500 bucks.
Gotta kinda wonder what you’re doing at that point.

Get Jr for half that, or Classic 2 used or as a floor model for the same price.

I think it’s a good deal. I wouldn’t buy KJs used. You’ll need the warranty. I love my KJ but some of the hardware is kind of janky. I’ve had to get two new latches because the tapped holes are not centered or screws came stripped. There seems to be a mix of metric and imperial fasteners. The ceramic parts can break. The warranty is strong.

I got the same from BJs more than a year ago, similar price because of the promotion. Very happy, no research can show why newer model would be better.

I’d keep looking but if you want it now, buy it. Waiting for a better price might be a waste of time. There are excellent used kamados on all the marketplaces. Many of us have found terrific deals on well loved and gently used cookers.

Made a post last year, this eventually dropped to $299 at my store, that was the lowest I saw it

My junior cost 666, so any deal I see in this group is a great deal.:D
