    You better report back. What method are you going with?
    Also, I recommend getting a probe thermometer so you can measure the temperature at the grate level where the meat is. The dome thermometer measures at the top & can be a little unreliable.

    I put them on for 2 hrs at 270. Spritzed them once. Waiting for another 30 mins then going to wrap them in foil with brown sugar and honey
