The recipe is… However much discard I have + 1 tsp of melted butter + 1 tbsp of everything bagel mix.
Combine and spread out on a silpat sheet. Bake at 350 for 5 minutes, then score with a pizza cutter, then bake for another 15 to 20 minutes, until Brown around the edges.

    I’ve started to make these within the past few months, instead of English muffins. They never even get a chance to get stored because they get eaten so fast.

    Changed my whole sourdough approach – the years I spent tossing discard has now shifted to deliciousness that I get asked to bring to all kinds of parties. I also really enjoy messing around with spices and stuff – if you screw one batch up toss it and make some new ones next time you feed.

    I definitely am going to try this! I’ve done discard cracker recipes that require adding more flour and like rolling them out. This is way easier and they look good!
