Sliders just leveled up 👉 Cheesy Italian Sliders loaded with pepperoni, salami, ham, and gooey cheese on Hawaiian rolls — baked golden with butter and seasoning. Served with a fresh olive tapenade that takes it over the top. On the side, a garlic aioli for dipping.
Here’s the quick tapenade recipe I used:
1 cup mixed olives, pitted
2 tbsp capers
2 tbsp fresh basil or parsley
1–2 garlic cloves
2 tbsp lemon juice
¼ cup olive oil
Pulse until chunky — that’s it!
Perfect for game day, parties, or just because you want something ridiculously good.

These Italian sliders are so crave worthy. Start by making a topanade olives, sundried tomatoes, capers, garlic, lemon, and olive oil. Pulse lightly and then add fresh basil and pulse again just till chunky. And then chill. Time to assemble. Take the bottom part of the slider buns and spread a thin layer of your top and eight. Add six slices of proolone. [Music] 12 giant pepperoni. [Music] 12 slices of general salami. Fold six slices of black forest ham in half to cover two sliders. [Music] to the top. Add six slices of monster. [Music] Place the slider crowns on top and based with garlic butter. [Music] Sprinkle on poppy seeds or bagel seasoning. Cover with foil and bake at 350° for 12 to 15 minutes. Uncover and bake for another 5 minutes to toast the top. You can easily double this recipe for game day or when the family comes home for the holidays. These Italian sliders come together in minutes. I them with some kettle chips and a garlic ioli for dipping. Only thing left to do is to dip one in that sauce and take a big old bite.
