    I can’t bring myself to buy precut filet. Gotta drop the cash and buy the whole log and trim it yourself. You get such a better deal. I also am poor so I can’t do this more than once a year for special times.

    Since you said it’s a filet… that looks like cloth pad or something under the rubber band?

    Or am I just ignorant to a “fat cap” sometimes existing on it.
