Leeds is about to get its first all-you-can-eat Mediterranean restaurant as La Fiesta prepares to open in the Merrion Centre this September.

The venue will host an exclusive preview night on Wednesday 10th September with a 50% discount on food bookings from 5pm. Spaces are limited and can be reserved online. The official public opening follows on Friday 12th September at 12pm.

La Fiesta will seat up to 100 diners across 3,000 sq ft and promises to bring together the culinary traditions of Spain, Italy, Turkey and Greece. Prices are set at £27.95 for lunch from Monday to Thursday, rising to £29.95 from Friday to Sunday. Evening dining is £34.95 Monday to Thursday and £37.95 from Friday to Sunday. Children under five eat free, with kids’ prices at £12.95 for lunch and £14.95 in the evening. Students will also receive 20% off food from Monday to Thursday.

The service style is designed to offer variety with freshly prepared dishes. Diners will start at a central salad bar featuring antipasti favourites such as Pinchos, cheeses, charcuterie, breads and Mediterranean-inspired salads. Tapas will then be made to order and served to the table in waves. Guests can begin with three tapas dishes followed by two at a time, choosing from a menu of seafood, grilled meats, rice and more. A churros station with a flowing chocolate fountain rounds off the experience.

Speaking about the launch, La Fiesta director, Masud Rana, said: “La Fiesta is a unique place where people can come together to enjoy a wide range of delicious Mediterranean food in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, whatever the occasion.

“We’ve been working hard behind the scenes to create a fantastic dining space and vibrant ambience, and we are hugely excited to reveal all to customers in the coming weeks.”
