Some damn good sauces from the other side of the country.

So I live in Florida, and recently visited a friend who lives near Seattle. Bought these hot sauces in Seattle that are locally made AFAIK … and they're really good.

They have plenty of flavor to add to the heat. Their flavor isn't vinegar dominated or salt dominated like some hot sauces can be.
