Hello my friends, I’ve been baking for six months, primarily sourdough rounds in a dutch oven. Balled out on some new equipment for open bakes and I don’t think I’ll go back, these are my first batards. The recipe is the Fifty Fifty Loaf from The Perfect Loaf. Decided to bake with steam the entire time, worked quite well for me. Thanks for looking, and happy baking
