Smoked and then seared. Made a chimichurri sauce and sautéed some mushrooms as well!

    Lookup how to slice tri tip on YouTube for next time and you’ll find it a lot more tender when you cut against the grain.

    I would’ve sliced differently for a better bite but other than that it looks cooked to perfection.
