midnight snack!

im a lurker in this community, and i mostly love to see how passionate / funny you all are when someone innocently posts a melt, but one of you posted an insanely delicious looking gc & it literally made me get up out of bed and make one. it’s 1:30am for me where i am and i felt that it was only right that i share this moment with this community. thanks for reminding me how much i love grilled cheeses!! 🧀💛✨

Medium cheddar and monterey jack on sour dough that i grilled w a 50/50 mixture of mayo & butter. felt like a warm hug before bed!
