I was trying to relay the customer complaint to her and she just was not getting it.
Tried explaining to my boss that the pepper packets had no pepper in them several times unsuccessfully. Sent this video instead.

We get the same thing in our “raw sugar” packets every once in a while. They’re inflated like little balloons. But completely empty.

This video honestly gave me a big wave of nostalgia for watching YouTube videos on my jailbroken iPod touch back in 2007.
Just gotta add a complaint from a custie (these days) perspective. Even when they have pepper it’s like they only want to give you enough to have the scent of pepper. I need like a 5:1 ratio of pepper to salt packets to get enough pepper.
