    Plating looks nice! I’m not sure about the consommé going with the tortellini? I want something acidic I think more than earthy. Might just be me

    Strictly speaking, they are Cappelletti.

    It’s a smart looking dish.
    I’m not sure how prune, goats cheese and mushroom go together without trying. Maybe I’d prefer just mushroom in the filling.

    I look forward to seeing what you do next.
