Jamaican patties are one of my favourite ever pies. The pastry is easily made in the food processor and it is filled with a spicy, saucy beef mince. These are very portable and highly scoffable!

Sometimes only the classics will do and this French classic is made with slow cooked beef in red wine with bacon, mushroom, onion and carrot!
I love this chicken and leek pie not only for the flavoursome filling but also because it is so easy to make! And the scrunch filo on top is a cinch too!
