used brunswick sardines with hot peppers in soya oil and they were LOADS better than the other brunswick tins i’ve tried previously 🤭 the heat from the pepper was Very Present and such a pleasant surprise, considering how subtle extra flavours can be !!!
the texture was firm but melted in the mouth, and had absorbed a GREAT amount of flavour from the oil and the hot peppers 🤩 my first bite literally tasted like paprika lol suuuuper delish
i’m using caramelised onion flavour GF wheat crackers with philadelphia cream cheese 🙂
first pic is with dunn’s river jamaican-style hot sauce and the other cracker has just capers (YUM!)
second pic is just the herring w cream cheese on the crackers w some parsley 🙂 DIDNT EVEN NEED TO ADD SALT WHICH TO ME, IS A HUGE WIN!
