1 jalapeño or serrano — minced (remove seeds for less heat)

Salt — ~½ tsp, adjust to taste
Dice everything evenly so each bite has a balance then fold peach in gently at the end so it stays intact. Let rest 10 min before serving to let flavors meld.

I made peach salsa the other day. Batch chili’s instead of jalapeño. Added a shot of Cointreau along with the lime juice.
