Big love for Baudry, this is one of my go to Chinons.
Love Baudry! I’m also a big fan of Olga Raffault, and also Marc Plouzeau!
Excellent choice for first loire red lolol
Baudry, Thierry Germain, C&P Breton, aged Rauffault. Not just great Loire reds but epic all time reds.
Gotta add Vacheron and Guiberteau to these recs if you’re looking for different styles too.
Nice! I really enjoyed their chenin Blanc. 2023 I think? It tasted like sour patch kids! Get your hands on it if you can, and drink it on a hot day 😉
Can’t go wrong with a good Cab Franc from the Loire. Hope it was a perfect bottle.
Drank this while in Chinon this past spring. Very much enjoyed it
