Is it pronounced lchi or luchi? I personally grew up calling it litechi, but either way, it’s a delicious fruit. Let’s make the viral lchi panakotta that one looks so good and two has been blowing up all over Viet talk. It basically consists of freshly peeled lchi fruit sitting in a panakotta bath. And for some added tanginess and creaminess, we’re adding four slices of laughing cow cheese. Just trust me, it works. We’ll want to make sure this panakotta mixture is silky and smooth. So, it’s going to require some whisking and straining. Once your mixture is smooth and combined, you’ll want to pour it all over your fresh lchi. Refrigerate it overnight. And I guess mine kind of got jostled around so they look a little funk.
