You’ll be amazed how much flavor you can get from zucchini, an egg, and a little flour. This is the recipe you didn’t know you needed.
🛒 Ingredients:
2 small zucchinis (grated)
2 eggs
Salt & black pepper (to taste)
All-purpose flour (enough to create a thick batter)
Vegetable or olive oil (for frying)
🔥 Instructions:
1️⃣ Grate the zucchini using a coarse grater.
2️⃣ Season with salt and pepper.
3️⃣ Add 2 eggы and mix well.
4️⃣ Add flour little by little until the batter becomes thick and sticky.
5️⃣ Heat a pan with a bit of oil.
6️⃣ Scoop a spoonful of batter and shape small fritters in the pan (you’ll get about 4–5 per batch).
7️⃣ Fry on medium heat for 2–3 minutes per side, until golden brown and crispy (but not burnt!).
