COLLEGE STATION, Texas (KBTX) – The dining at Century Square in College Station is expanding. Dimassi’s, a Mediterranean buffet, has just opened and a New York bagel shop is on its way.

Clayton Freels, VP of investment and development at Midway said the addition of the two eateries completes Century Square’s “Phase two.”

“Each tenant was carefully selected, and this milestone marks an exciting chapter in Century Square’s continued growth. We look forward to welcoming even more exceptional retail and dining experiences to the community,” Freels said in a statement.

Dimassi’s Mediterranean Buffet

Dimassi’s is a family-owned chain restaurant that began in Houston in 1992. With 23 locations in Texas and two in California, business is booming.

It boasts fresh ingredients, traditional recipes, and culinary innovation. Your classic Mediterranean favorites include Baba Ghanoush, Tabouli Salad, Baklava, and more.

Dimassi’s Mediterranean Buffet is now open and operating at 1133 University Drive, suite 500.

4 Brothers NY Bagels

4 Brothers fans will have to wait a little while longer to get their bagel fix. The shop is expected to open early this fall, but an exact date has not been released.

The bagel shop is another family-owned and operated chain. It’s Century Square building will be its fourth location. Others are located in Cypress and Houston.

With a tagline of “Houston’s most authentic New York bagel shop,” customers can expect a lot. The shop will have 26 types of fresh bagels to choose from and 15 hand-spun spreads. Deli options and pastries are offered as well.

Century Square said 4 Brothers supports local nonprofits, schools, and veterans organizations, and has discounts for military members and first responders.

4 Brothers will be located adjacent to Piada.
