Legitimately waited in line for two hours to try the first US location. Never went to the original, but the person I went with grew up eating it. Just curious: rather than share my opinion, what does anyone who has been to one or both think?

it tastes like any other fast food place to me lol. its fine
Not worth waiting in line for. I probably wouldn’t go back even if there wasn’t a line. Only thing I really enjoyed was the cup bingsu. Bulgogi burger was too sweet. The shrimp burger was just ok.
It’s odd that you didn’t say if you liked it or not. Especially after waiting 2 hours on that line.
It’s the same fast food they sell in Korea but at 2x+ the price. The novelty will wear off here in a few weeks.
Reminds me of when a Jollibee opened up in our state and they had 2 hour lines for the first month or two. It’s basically no busier than a Popeye’s now.
Had them in Korea. They sucked in Korea I would expect the same in the USA
Not so sure how they localized their burger lineups, but they won’t beat any other US brands if they use same recipe and patty they use in Korea.
Lotteria is just regarded as meh in Korea.
No pics of the food huh? That’s a block.
Loteria sucks. It sucks in Korea and I don’t see how it could be any better in America.
I lived in Korea for a while and I never liked Lotteria. It’s the very worst a fast food burger can be, and yes, in my opinion, worse than McDonald’s
Its a japanese brand.
What I find interesting is Lotteria is consistent in taste in both Japan and Korea.
Both taste like cardboard.
Their shrimp burger is legit!!!!!!
Why are you asking us when you’re the one who went
I don’t like it all in Korea so I don’t know if it’d be any more worth it in the US.
I’d eat it in a pinch. McDonald’s is better IMHO. I think I liked MOS burger better as well.
Lol aren’t they opening their first location in the US in orange county?
Never had a rice burger or a shrimp burger. Tried a few bulgogi burgers while stationed in Korea. Too sweet for my liking
