As the title states, decided to try out the Vortex wing cooking method. Bought the Vortex on Tuesday and came yesterday. Did a dry brine with Costco party wings overnight, then fired it up! Did a SBR buffalo and Honey Chipotle, and needless to say, it turned out waaaaay better than I anticipated! Definitely going to do this for CFB and NFL games this year!
