my personal favorite dish was the fish taco and goat brain. absolutely decadent and forward, no frills in flavor.

what made this experience out of the ordinary was how it stimulated every sense in my body — my ears will filled with music sung by the angelic voices of the crew, my smell has been blessed with aromas that come from all over asia in one sitting, my sight has seen colors similar to the northern lights, my hands have touched the strangest textures, and my taste has experienced flavors I never thought possible.
