


I prepped some veggies and add them as a side dish to meat, fish and eggs to complete my meals. Simply boiling these veggies gives them a naturally sweet taste that goes well with any protein source.

Just curious. Are the root vegetables not pushing you over your carb limit for the day? (Especially if you eat this 3 times a day).
And I’m here thinking that the potato has to leave the plate…
