[Music] Welcome back to the Divine Appetite. Today we’re making barbecued pulled chicken on the Blackstone. We’re putting down some pepper and onions on our lowheated side. And our chicken tenderloins on the hot side. [Music] We seasoned our onions and peppers with salt and pepper and our chicken with salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder. Once you get your chicken brown on both sides, you want to shred it up just like this. Now that your chicken’s done, you want to fold in your onions and peppers. Now that the chicken peppers are done, you want to add enough barbecue sauce to make it wet. Use any kind you like. We’re using our homemade pizza barbecue sauce. Now that that’s all cooked up, let’s take it inside and assemble. And now we assemble. some homemade nacho cheese and for me some chalula. [Music] Fold it up and enjoy. [Music]
