First loaf with a 5-day-old starter — overnight fridge proof, sesame crust
Started my starter last Saturday and mixed dough on day 5. Shaped, rolled in sesame, and proofed overnight in the fridge. Baked in a Dutch oven this morning. Super happy with the ear and color. 70% hydration.
