High protein Magnum ice cream bars. You can make these at home, too. If you add two bananas, 150 gram of Greek yogurt, two tablespoons of peanut butter. I prefer crunchy. This cocoa pebbles protein shake. Blend it until creamy. Add it to your ice cream mers. Then freeze it for four to 5 hours. Once you take them out, dip them into chocolate and then freeze them for another 30 minutes. I added peanuts as an additional topping and then you’re ready to enjoy. Amazing.

  4. We gotta also pay attention to the saturated fats and cholesterol in these foods I know it may be healthy but chocolate, yogurt and most protein shakes are high in cholesterol and saturated fats! I’m more concerned about people’s heart health verses abs and getting fit

  5. Can anyone tell me the song he chose for this video? It’s catchy. Anyway, that’s a tasty healthy homemade desert!

  6. Protein chocolate instead of normal me personally chocolate way to sugary and way too salty so I prefer instead or protein chocolate or dark chocolate to increase mental health

  7. I only make it with yogurt, if it's made with fruit like frozen grapes, strawberries, or any other fruit. For the chocolate version, I use frozen bananas, unsweetened chocolate, and powdered milk. But I haven't gotten to the level of making chocolate-covered popsicles yet. 😅
