Today I’m going to teach you how to make my spinach and feta with chicken and orzo. It all comes together in one skillet. Let’s get started. So we’re going to begin by finely chopping an onion and getting it into a large skillet with a little bit of olive oil. So for this recipe, you can use chicken breast, chicken tenders. So I’ll just roughly chop these chicken thighs. You can get them in a bowl. Season them with some salt and freshly cracked black pepper. Toss them around. Once the onions are nice and golden, add the chicken into the skillet. And I’m just going to cook the chicken for about 4 minutes over mediumigh heat on each side. Next, I’ll add some garlic cloves, some crushed red pepper flakes, a heaping teaspoon of dried oregano, toss that all up, two cups of uncooked orzo pasta, 2 tsp of salt, four cups of chicken broth, cover the pot, and let it simmer for about 13 minutes. At this point, we’re going to add in some baby spinach leaves. I have a half a pound of feta cheese. Give everything a nice mix. And I’m also going to drizzle in a little bit of heavy cream. Mix it all up and then let it simmer for another 3 minutes until the spinach wilts and the orzo cooks a little bit longer. It’s time to serve. [Music]

  1. You just can't beat Greek food. The best in the world IMO. My friend married a Turkish woman, and she said you like Greek food? Come for dinner. It was AMAZING. Lebanese and Syrian are pretty darn good too!

  2. It's a beautiful recipe Dimitra. I love some of the extra ingredients you add in. As a vegetarian I use artichokes in place of chicken. Thanks as always – yiaso from Anastasia South Africa❤
