I’ve been cooking and canning hot sauce for years. I’ve also been fermenting beer, cider, and sourdough for years. I finally combined two of my hobbies and made my first batch of fermented hot sauce. 4 parts Thai chili to one part habanero in the brine. 1 part processed peppers to 1 part brine to 1 part white vinegar into the bottle. 👍🔥

Make sure and check pH (<4.6) and pasteurize or it’s gonna blow!
