Located within Surf Abu Dhabi, Ilios Restaurant & Beach Club is ADMO Lifestyle Holding’s latest portfolio addition, developed in partnership with Modon Properties.
The establishment’s menu boasts a marriage of modern Greek, Mediterranean and Japanese flavours and techniques, in close proximity to well-known beach and leisure activities, including the world’s largest man-made wave.
General manager Claudio Zarlenga says the establishment has much to offer to the beauty of the UAE.

Executive chef Denis Placereani offers diners a plethora of starter options, from oysters to Nigiri, lavraki (marinated seabass, kumquat, red chili, and bottarga), burrata courgettes, figs, and walnuts), or beluga caviar, to name a few.
Land and sea are offered in equal quantities for main courses, with signature dishes including Australian Black Angus tenderloin (200g Stockyard, 250 days grain-fed), sea salt crust fish (choice of fish wrapped in Greek vine leaves, baked in a Trapani sea salt crust), and skioufixta house-made Cretan pasta, slow-cooked veal cheeks, and Naxos Graviera).
And for those with a sweet tooth, dessert features traditional Greek dishes such as Portokalopita (orange cake and vanilla bavaroise in a saffron orange sauce), and traverses the seas with a touch of France in the form of citrus éclairs (Amalfi lemon curd and mixed berries).

Ilios Restaurant & Beach Club‘s Apollo bar offering features cocktails and mocktails served on oasis loungers adjacent to the pool. The Euphoria Lounge and Bar’s balcony overlooks the surf action, while the Elysium Private Room offers a more intimate dining experience.
