Hard to estimate because I was going out to eat, but I ordered a cup of tomato basil soup and a cup of cottage cheese.
I ate all of the cottage cheese, and the 2nd photo shows how much soup I had- also, i didn’t eat the oyster crackers.
Just trying to learn as I go!

A lot is going to depend on if the cottage cheee was low fat, or full fat.
Looks like 1.25 cups of cottage cheese, and about a cup of tomato soup.
1.25 cup cottage cheese = 213 cals
1 cup tomato soup = 74 cals
Total = 287 cals
