Kielbasa pasta, a staple of mine!

    I don’t have a strict recipe, but it’s something like this:

    Dice up some nice Kielbasa (Polish Deli sausage), fry in some olive oil, chuck in some chopped onions and mushrooms, fry a little more, then add minced garlic and any other veg (peppers and courgette are nice), tinned tomatoes, whatever seasonings you fancy (Worcester sauce, smoked paprika, some herbs, dash of soy), bit of water to rinse out the cans of tomatoes, lid on and simmer for at least an hour. Simmer some more with the lid off if you need to make it thicker. Stir into pasta!

    It looks good man Kielbasa is a smoked sausage huh!? I would be worried if it would go a tad dry but never the less send me you’re address let you’re partner know I’ll be over in a tad like 😃
