Big thank you to everyone who came out last time and tried some barbecue on a hot hot day.

Had to post a better picture that show my brisket is in fact NOT dry.

Same menu as last time.

    Brisket $23 half lbs (Canadian prime)

    Ribs $25 half rack

    Pulled pork $12 half lbs

    Mac and cheese $8 (fresh double elbow with 5 yr old cheddar and Gouda)

    Slaw $7 (sweet and creamy with a hint of vanilla)

    Chocolate butter tarts $4.50

    Bread and pickles free with order

    Extras:
    Tour of the pit $1000 (just kidding, always happy to talk barbecue)

    I don’t mean to be rude but that fat cap in the first photo looks a bit off putting, it has a slight greenish tint to it. Maybe look around for green objects that could be reflecting said colour back onto the food?
