With a bit of chives sprinkles on top that I had to use ( too bland for my taste compared to scallions). I had 2 full toasts in total but I was too hungry to wait so here is 2 images of each of them half eaten.😋

Scrambled eggs was very creamy ( butter, goat feta cheese, eggs and salt). I also added black pepper and more salt on top of the eggs.

    That is sooooo many scallions.

    Finally someone gets it! Couldn’t handle scrambled eggs that wet though personally.

    I make all my eggs, no matter how, with green onions but you went overboard. Green onions in moderation really enhance all preparations of eggs, boiled, scrambled, fried etc.
