  5. I'm sure this soup is going to be really good, but I saw dirt on these mushrooms in this video as they were cutting them, then they were just popped right into the pan that way. I'll wash my mushrooms, thank you.

  6. Great recipe. Side note: I cut my onions exactly as you do and even said out loud, “turn” when it was time to flip the onion to finish cutting.

  9. Je trouve que c'est une aberration de cuire des légumes pour faire un bouillon et ensuite les enlever. Les carottes iraient très bien mixés avec le reste mais ce n'est que mon humble avis.Dommage
