For today’s dinner, I kept it light and simple. I used Kinder seasonings to help me out. Lightly seasoned my meat. I put it in the oven on 400° for an hour and 15 minutes cuz the pieces were really big. And then I made this roasted broccoli salad. I just seasoned it with a little bit of salt and pepper. I put it in the oven for 425 for 15 minutes. And you see me here chopping up my dates, my pecans, and I made a lemon vinegarette dressing with olive oil, dijon mustard, honey, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, rice vinegar. Shake it up until it’s mixed well. And you’ll see here that I add a few more ingredients such as pomegranates, some chili oil, and some Parmesan cheese. Very light. I just was freestyling and it turned out to be delicious. Would you eat this? Let me know in the comments.
