TT is great, but a different vibe. it’s not like a ribeye or strip where it’s 80-90% of dinner, it needs some sides.
TT is under appreciated for the leftover game. sammiches, quesadillas and meat snacks. when it’s next day chilled, cut it super thin and sprinkle salt on it. mmm.
