An absolutely magnificent display of awesome fish variety. Thanks

what exactly do you mean by “omakase at home”? Does your family normally order a la carte at home?

  3. I’d take this over the gimmicky over scored stuff any day. Nice color on the Tuna, although I prefer thicker cuts on it. Inflation sizing is necessary nowadays unfortunately.

Pro setup!! I wish I could achieve this but I’m terrible at slicing.

  5. Wait what’s fhe third from the left, on the top? Is that also seabass?

White fish get me all kind of confused, they look different every time I swear.

    Looks amazing tho!

I’m only mad at you saying “left to right, top to bottom” and then showing a diagonal photo 😂
Like, I can figure it out easily, but still.
    Not that I’m actually mad

Using shito leaves for the milder fish! This person sushis!

Where did you source the fish from and how much did this cost you, if you don’t mind sharing?

  9. Question for you, how do you keep your Hasegawa so clean?

Mine still gets these little micro stains even after scrubbing with a brush. I haven’t worked up the courage yet to chuck it in a residential dishwasher, though the label says it “should” be dishwasher safe.

Did you buy the fish as a package from a restaurant and then cut it at home? It looks fantastic.
