These are balsamic pearls. They may look fancy, but they’re surprisingly easy to make. Start with one cup of redstone balsamic. Then add 1 tbsp of agara agar. This is what turns it into the pearls. Stir it up and bring it to a simmer. Now we’re going to let it cool down for 2 to 3 minutes. This is what the consistency should look like. Now the magic. Drop it into the ice cold oil and watch those pearls form. It’s giving gourmet. Strain them, rinse them, and you’re done. Put these on cheese, bruschetta, salad, ice cream, whatever.
