If you’re craving a kebab, but you’re trying to lose weight, you need to make this chicken shish flatbread. It’s only 479 calories, but it has 65 g of protein. Add 1 tbsp of zero fat Greek yogurt, and some paprika, ground coriander, chili powder, cumin, onion powder, oregano, salt, black pepper, and some garlic. It’s stuck. Mixy mixy. Let this marinate at least 2 hours, but if not, just as long as you’ve got, then grab another bowl, self-raising flour, and some zero fat Greek yogurt. Bring it together until it forms a dough. Knead it for a couple of minutes. We’re going to wrap it up and set it aside. Then we can thread our chicken onto a kebab stick. Hope it fits. Place it into your air fryer. Spray it with oil. Then air fry this at 200° C for about 12 to 15 minutes. Greek yogurt, a splash of milk, garlic, mint, parsley, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Mixy mixy. And that’s the garlic yogurt sauce done. Roll out the flatbread. Then place it into a hot pan with no oil. After a minute or two, give it a flip. Then take it out of the pan. Add some sauce, some lettuce, tomato, cucumber, red cabbage, and the chicken kebab, yogurt sauce, and some hot sauce. Look at that. That is absolutely banging.

  1. Would coconut flour work as an alternative to self raising flour?
Also how long do you set the dough aside?

  2. These types of homemade kebabs always look and sound like a great idea but never truly hit the spot youre looking to fill. Which is a greasy bag of mystery meat 😂

  3. The recipe isn’t showing as pinned – please can you pin it again – thanks ☺️
